What this recording covers

Claver addresses whether holders can retrieve or sell digital assets if centralized trading platforms delist the token. He references historical precedent from 2020 when regulatory litigation caused multiple platforms to alter their trading support. During that previous period, platforms established designated timeframes allowing account holders to withdraw their digital assets to private custody wallets. In many instances, platforms permitted users to continue holding the asset in their accounts or execute sell orders to exit positions, while strictly disabling new purchase transactions. Claver explains that if an asset faces platform delisting in the future, the operational outcome will follow this historical pattern. Users will retain the ability to withdraw their holdings or sell existing tokens, but purchasing will be restricted.
